I wanted to thank all of our CENTURY 21 Nachman Agents for being well trained, informed and supervised in their real estate careers. It appears our firm along with a few others are dinosaurs in today’s real estate world. It’s extraordinary how many agents that are out there competing against us for clients and customers are not trained, qualified or supervised appropriately. These new firms with marginal supervision and agent first agendas are not producing the kind of professional real estate agents we need in our business.
Two of the reasons many of our contracts fall apart is the buyers aren’t qualified or the home inspection repairs cannot be agreed to. Both these scenarios require some experience and expertise. A trait lacking in a lot of the agents doing business in our area. It appears today it is much easier to terminate the contract and look for another property than it is to negotiate and get the deal to work on the home the buyer priced as their first choice. Clients are having to settle for their second or third choice and make concessions because their agents are not prepared to represent them professionally or do not have the expertise to overcome obstacles. If it was easy, everyone would be selling real estate. To me selling real estate requires an abundance of skill and ability.
So that is why I want to thank each and every one of our CENTURY 21 Nachman Agents because I think you are prepared to represent your client and to obtain the best possible results for them in buying and selling their home. Also, I want to thank our Mortgage Brokers who are preparing the agents properly and are available to help guide our agents through the buying and selling experience with their clients. Many of the agents we deal with don’t have a broker available or willing to help out in a tough situation. Many of these firms and agents could care less about service and are only looking for the easy way out. It’s a tough business and only the strong do survive. Our agents are successful because they are prepared and ready to take on every new opportunity!
