By the time this comes out the real estate industry will be working under new guidelines agreed to in the NAR (and REIN) Lawsuit settlements. No more mention of selling agent offers of commission in the MLS and NAR mandated buyer broker agreements with all buyers clients before showing them a home. My message is one of lower interest rates, falling home prices, increasing inventory and success for the real estate professionals that stick with their careers in our industry. It won’t be easy and you have to stay focused and work harder than ever, but I believe there will be success for the agents and brokers who accept the challenge. Let’s hope by this time next year market conditions will dictate a booming real estate market where real estate professionals are still working hard for their clients and enjoying the benefits of ample commissions!
I want to thank everyone again for completing the Top Workplace survey and making CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty the #1 Top Workplace firm for the third year running in the mid-size company category. This is quite an achievement and says a lot about the culture of our firm and the attitude of our employees and agents.
