Welcome in the year 2024 and a new look for the real estate market in Hampton Road and Northeastern North Carolina. Open business has picked up and we closed 23% more commission dollars in January 2024 versus last January 2023. Potential Closings for February will also be significantly better this year. I am optimistic able 2024 and believe this will be a great year if we all bear down, continue our prospecting, and work our leads as diligently as possible. Mortgage interest rates will continue downward and the real estate business will spiral upward. That’s a winning combination!
To that end, the firm will offer a second series in Prospecting for Success, each Monday at 10am for on hour, starting Monday February 26th for four straight Mondays. If you remember, we had over 60 agents and brokers show up online for our fist series last Fall. We hope to repeat or exceed that success starting February 26th with four programs emphasizing the importance of consistent prospecting and listing to help you accomplish your goals in real estate. More details will be out this week-the sessions will be online and available to everyone.
