I am Bob Burch, General Manager of CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty and have been with the firm for over fifty years. My job is to facilitate all areas of operations, financial management, and record keeping. I am an advocate for CENTURY 21 as the most recognized Brand in the World and our mission at CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty is to deliver top quality service to our clients and customers. I have had a real estate license in Virginia since the 1970"s and in North Carolina since 2008. I am a past President of the Virginia Peninsula Association of Realtors and a lifetime member of the Peninsula Association. I have been a resident of Newport News, Virginia all of my life and I am a graduate of Warwick High School. I attended Davison College where I receive a BA degree in economics and I later earned a Masters Degree in Management from George Washington University using the GI Bill. I served as an officer in the United States Army on active duty for two years in the early seventies. I find the real estate business to be very exciting, interesting, and without a dull moment. The real estate business has afforded me the opportunity to fulfill my financial goals and the flexibility to enjoy my family life. Nothing gives me more pleasure than watching a new agent grow and succeed in our business.

I have over 40 years of experience in real estate. Practicing primarily residential real estate sales but also have worked as a new home site manager and commercial real estate sales. Through most of my real estate career along with performing as top sales associate and managing broker; I've also instructed having taught over 10,000 hours of real estate courses. I believe good service is the best gift I can give to any of my clients. As a manager I have trained many former sale associates into management positions and some into ownership. I continue to believe to be a good leader you must be a good servant. I am proud of the many awards and recognitions that I've received over my career. I stand ready to serve now and in the future.

With over 22 years in real estate, I bring a wealth of experience and a genuine commitment to helping clients navigate one of life’s biggest decisions –buying or selling a home. With recently receiving my Associate Broker’s license, I’m proud to continue to work with both buyers and sellers, ensuring that each transaction is smooth, rewarding and tailored to my client’s unique needs. I love the Hampton Roads area and appreciate all our military families who are a big part of our community. I am Ken Belkofer, an accomplished real estate professional with over eight years of experience in residential real estate, I bring a strategic and client-centered approach to my role as Broker-in-Charge at Century 21 Nachman Realty’s Elizabeth City office. Following a successful career with the U.S. Navy, I transitioned into real estate, where I now oversee office operations and lead a team of six dedicated brokers. My expertise spans multiple specialty areas, including military relocation, short sales and foreclosures, probate real estate, and the local home for hero’s affiliate, positioning me to provide unmatched support to clients navigating complex real estate situations. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Applied Mathematics from Old Dominion University and Associate Degrees in Data Processing and Leadership from Hawaii Pacific University. I am passionate about connecting with people and helping them achieve their real estate goals, I find the ever-evolving landscape of real estate to be both exciting and fulfilling. I have been fortunate to call the Hampton Roads area home for over 50 years. As a proud graduate of Old Dominion University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, I’ve built a fulfilling life with my loving husband, two amazing children, and four incredible grandchildren.
For the past 20 years, my passion has been the real estate industry. My career began as an Administrative Assistant, and I quickly advanced to Relocation Director for Cartus, now known as Anywhere, one of the largest referral companies in the world. In 2016, I made the bold decision to step away from the corporate world and launch my own boutique real estate brokerage. By 2019, I saw the opportunity to expand and enhance what we could offer both our agents and clients by merging with Century 21 Nachman. Today, I proudly serve as the Managing Broker in the vibrant Virginia Beach Oceanfront Corridor.
In my role, I am deeply committed to helping our agents realize their dreams and goals. Our success as a company is directly tied to the success and satisfaction of our agents. I am Crystal Fowler. As an active-duty Military spouse, I have had the opportunity to relocate multiple times over the last 20 years. My husband and I have 3 beautiful children and we count ourselves fortunate to call Williamsburg our home for the past Nine!

I started my Real Estate Career here with Century 21 Nachman Realty for the Global Brand recognition! As an agent I gained an abundance of knowledge about buying and selling real estate, and I knew that I wanted my career to progress. With the support of the best Owners, Brokers, and loyal staff I have obtained the position of Sales Manager & Recruiter of the Williamsburg office. I am continuing my education towards my Brokers License.
