The BIG NEWS is we are growing again in 2025. We are pleased to announce that effective April 1, 2025, Gifford Management Group of Norfolk, Virginia has merged with CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty to form a new property management team handing almost 2000 rental units in Hampton Roads and Northeastern North Carolina. This is a complex and enormous undertaking that we have been working on and transitioning to since late January. We welcome the Gifford Management Group employees that have joined our Team now located at 1547-A E Little Creek Road in Norfolk, right across the street from our current Little Creek sale office.
We are pleased to welcome Property Managers from Gifford Management Group, Vickie Hudson, Robin Pulled, Sean Walsh, Brice Humphries, and Glynnis King to our Nachman Property Management Team as well as administrative staff members Jennifer Sagehorn, Dianne Deemer, Kristi Blair and John Cazenave. Welcome aboard and we are pleased to have each of you join our Team.
