Closed commissions were up 45% in January 2016 over January 2015. What a way to start off the year. I doubt we will sustain that kind of increase all of 2016 but January is certainly an indication of good things to come for this year.
On February 1st we launched a new training program for the firm called the Success Assurance Program (SAP) – this eight week program is focused on prospecting and learning the skills that it takes to compete in the real estate arena in 2016. We had more than seventeen agents in each of the first two weeks of SAP. The class meets every Monday at 10am with a two hour training session and assignments of activities for the agent to complete each week. SAP is geared to new agents but anyone who is struggling with their real estate career is welcome to join in. I guarantee you if you take the class and do the work required, you will be successful in 2016. Talk with your Managing Broker today to get the details and schedule for SAP. Hope to see you at the next class.
Congratulations to the Relocation Department and all the agents who worked referrals in 2015. Our firm made the Cartus Platinum Award (their highest honor) on the Peninsula as well as on the Southside and in North Carolina.
Thanks to all that attended our Fourth Quarter and Annual Awards Rally which was held in Hampton on Wednesday, February 3rd. It was a tremendous turnout and congratulations to all the award winners. Great job in 2015!
