“MOVING IN ELIZABETH CITY”
On or about July 1, 2012 we will be moving our Elizabeth City office into a new location at 1805 W. City Drive, Suite H off Halstead Avenue just down from the Route 17 by-pass in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. We will be adding over 150 new rental properties and some new agents to our staff in Elizabeth City. We are excited about the new location and our prospects for the future in North Carolina. We will have more details about the move and the personnel in our next Nachman News.
Property Management has been very busy this year and the move in Elizabeth City will bring the current number of managed properties to just under 2000. If you have listings that won’t sell or are “upside down”, refer them to your property manager. Hopefully, we can rent them out until the market improves and the property can sell. Craig Wool, Director of the property management department tells me that the department’s goal for the balance of 2012 is to have over 2000 properties under management and extend long term rental management into the Kitty Hawk office on the Outer Banks. Let’s all do what we can to help Craig succeed in reaching his department’s goal.
