We always focus on inventory in Real Estate Industry but in 2023 the need for listings is the highest I can remember. The Firm and agents that control the inventory, control the market. Buyers are plentiful but Sellers are holding back. But I have to say if you want to sell your residential property in the next few years, right now is the time to do it. The Steadily rising interest rates, the out of control inflation, and the war in Ukraine are all factors that will create a deflation in the real estate and building sector of our economy.
