Our Real Estate School

CHURCHLAND ACADEMY OF REAL ESTATE has been in business since May 4, 1988 and has served students from Portsmouth, Chesapeake, Suffolk, Isle of Wight and Franklin. It was acquires by Century 21 Nachman in December 2010 and now has opened additional campuses/locations within the Thimble Shoals Blvd and the Lake James offices. The director of our school is Phil Black and Waikiki Frazier and Melinda Baldwin have been hired to reach Principles of Real estate. The school has one of the lowest prices/tuition in Hampton Roads and has great pass rates for the licensing exam. Be sure to refer anyone you may know that wants to become licensed.
