PRETTY DARN COLD OUT THERE!

It’s about as COLD as I can remember around here for January and February but despite the frigid surroundings, the real estate market is off to a HOT start in 2026. In the middle of snowstorms and subfreezing temperatures, listings and sales have come in this year in superior numbers compared to the last couple of years. Mortgage interest rates have dropped, and inventory has trended up creating a better real estate market going into the spring selling season. I am very optimistic that 2026 will be a GREAT year in residential real estate in our area. Let’s get out there prospecting by contacting our old clients and asking everyone for referrals. Show up at the office and get yourself involved in some of the wonderful training opportunities we have going on right now. this is the time to be active and take advantage of the market.
