PROSPECT!

As we begin a new year in real estate for 2025, I want to wish you all success and prosperity. The last two and half years in real estate have been tough but I’m a firm believer that success is just around the corner. I am hopeful that interest rates will decline, sales prices will level off and inventory will increase to generate a robust real estate market in our area for 2025. I’ve been in this business for over fifty years and I know the business runs in cycles but I am always surprised how quickly things can change. One minute you are having the best year of your career and “boom”, the bottom drops out. Then you can feel like there is no hope out in the real estate market and suddenly business is everywhere. So be an optimist and figure the next “boom” for you is gonna be a good one and will happen in 2025. All you have to do is “believe”, work harder than you ever have before, show up, and PROSPECT, PROSPECT, PROSPECT!
