2023 is underway and it’s time for you to PUT YOUR PLAN INTO ACTION for listing and selling real estate in the New Year. At the Rally last month, we talked about getting excited about real estate and motivated for Success in 2023. The market conditions are still low inventory with a high demand for single family housing. Interest rates are higher but buyers are still looking and are still able to buy. In our area sales will stay close to 2022 levels and home prices will not drop significantly, through concessions and home repairs will again be a factor in buying a home.
If you haven’t developed a plan of attack for 2023, I would suggest that you should get that done immediately. Even though sale are a little slow this winter (which is normal), I believe there will be ample opportunity to list and sell real estate this spring and summer. So put your plan into action, prospect on a daily basis and I know you will be surprised at the success you can have in 2023.
