TIME TO GIVE THANKS!

This is the time of year we all should be thinking about how lucky we are to live in America and work in an industry with unlimited potential. I know it has been a rough year for many of you but success is always just around the corner when you have chosen real estate as your career. It just take a positive attitude, a good work ethic, and the faith to put yourself out there to achieve the kind of success we all deserve. Be thankful that you have this opportunity and please take advantage of it in 2024! There are a number of agents here at Nachman that had their best year in real estate in 2023. The market is never the problem, just the desire and drive to be a winner!
I want to thank the over 60 agents and brokers who showed up online for four weeks participating in our Prospecting for Success program. It was very exciting and I think everyone who participated gained from the experience and hopefully, changed their attitude and focus about prospecting. For over forty years I have related to prospective agents in their initial interview that real estate is a prospecting business and your success is contingent on your prospecting effort. This is never more true than in a down market. We hope to continue our Prospecting for Success program in 2024 and my desire is that every agent and broker at CENTURY 21 Nachman Realty will participate. That would be so powerful especially since improvement in the real estate market is very likely in 2024. Wouldn’t it be great if the firm and every agent and broker here had their best year in 2024. Records would be broken! Lets do it
