Hard work has always been essential to having success in the Real Estate business but it has never been more important than Right Now! Every deal out there is hard to find and complicated to get to closing. There is no free lunch in the current market. I can’t remember a time when you had to work as hard as now to be successful and meet your goals. You can’t get sidetracked by all that is going on or stop to see what NAR or the Courts are going to say next. No, you have to keep your head down, stay on task, and work like “hell” to get results.
But the results are still there. We have a number of agents enjoying great years in 2024. Some are even having record years so far for their personal production. Hard work and a positive attitude are the keys to Success in ’24!
